    Your micro should be fine if you clean it well. I would think about replacing a hand mixer if you use one & bread maker.. If you have a lot of gluten products why not donate them to a friend or food bank instead of throwing the items away.     Many diabetics fair very well on the gluten-free diet. Some were able to stop the pill & others who take shots have been able to reduce the amount of insulin....... many doctors hav eput their patients on the gluten-free diet! You may want to hang on to the books for a while longer...

    hello No question is stupid. I do suggest that before you start being gluten-free you get some bloodwork, endo & or Dna testing first. Otherwise a few months down the road these tests will not be accurate because you have already stopped eating gluten.
