  3. I don't worry about a product that has glucose in it and I have never reacted. I have never known it to have gluten...everything I have had with it in it has been gluten free
  4. I would not use the product to go out and eat gluten but I have them to help with accidental glutenings.
  5. There are alot of gluten free shampoos and yes you should have gluten free shampoos.

  7. I stay away from oats..some people react to the protein in even pure oats. The protein called avenin is similar is structure to the protein in wheat and things we can't have. Anyhow, I am not ready to risk being sick for a long period of time. I would say you should probably avoid the oatstraw
  8. Yea I stay away from anything with the word wheat in it. I not only have celiac but I have a severe allergy to wheat. You always have to read the label because policies are different everywhere....wheat starch in my opinion is far from gluten free
  9. Some skin is very sensitive. I used to get that when I was a baby...certain detergents would do that to me too.

  11. Grains do have gluten...including rice but we just have to avoid certain grains. Rice vinegar should be fine too
  12. I have never been a fan of biopsies...you can have one come back normal and you can still have celiac..it can rule celiac in but not out.

  17. All of the US brands are contaminated with wheat so if you have to eat oats go for ones that are grown, transported, and in a facility by themselves. Some people have reactions to even pure oats so you don't have any guarantee...some people get damage from the protein in pure oats called avenin. I still stay away from oats

  19. Well if you are intolerant to something obviously your body is having some kind of reaction so you should avoid them depending on how severe the intolerance is. If it's not severe you may be able to have some of it occasionally
  20. Ener-G breads are disgusting! I like the Cybros rice rolls and there is a millet bread at a local store that I get that tastes like regular bread too. It was hard to find the good breads with all the disgusting gluten free breads that taste like cardboard.
  21. Those things are so expensive but you should treat yourself every so often. I learned how to make some cookies that are way better than anything I have found so far.
