  1. If this happened here, I bet most of the pediatricians would write notes for the kids. If you told them they brought PB&J on whole grain bread, grapes or apple, baked Lays & a mini candy bar & bought milk, I think most docs would be pleased with that meal. Told my hub. He remembers when the grade school has the parents to Thanksgiving lunch...
  2. Hi Lo! Sorry you are feeling poorly. If medical bills are piling up, Tony should talk to the financial aid office. They take a change in financial status into consideration. I got the odd message. Thought I was special but everyone else got one, too. I saw something about the royal wedding guest list being small. I think the queen only gets...
  3. MY kids lunches from home were healthier than the school ones. They bought juice or milk at school or brought a juice from home. The comment on the lunches packed for field trips is silly. That was the only day our school allowed soda. Field trip lunches are always a bit more "fun".
  4. I tell them it destroys my intestines. That sounds scary to most people. I'm taking up a collection to buy that poor abused creature a proper hat. Maybe a nice straw sunbonnet.
  5. I thought this was funny. I read it to my 15 yr old son. He perked up and said," Can you eat at Hooters?".
  6. Survival of the fittest?
  7. If it's the same one I got from "love..." it's junk. The messages were being removed. I'll put one on yours ( a nice one not junk) & see if you can see it.
  8. Pretty girl & patient cat!
  9. My birthday isn't until October. Maybe she could send me one for May Day!
  10. I just read your comment & looked over & "Papa Johns!" Never liked thier pizza! My teens boys don't really like it either. Of course they will eat it if its placed in front of them at lunch time.
  11. Did you check their website? I was surprised, when Hub brought a different alcohol home without thinking about gluten, when their website mentioned it. You could also email them.
  12. Are they above your eyes? Then yes, they are high enough.
  13. I remember doing that once on a trivia game site. It was full of 12 year old boys typing "penis" and " show us your boobs". Our chat room would be more highbrow with discussions about gas and poop.
  14. Not entirely sure. Thought it sounded fun though. Everyone having a glass of wine or wodka. Shooting the breeze. Oh....Wait.... Sometimes we do that on the Tickle Thread.
  15. Please? Pretty please? We could just Post a bunch in a topic.
  16. This makes a big difference in taste! Must be smoked paprika.
  17. I have attempted a friending, too. On his profile here, he has a link to his art. Some good stuph!
  18. Maybe you can get Williams brand. Open Original Shared Link
  19. Did you check the tomato soup? A lot of them have wheat for thickener. It will be listed in the ingredients. Using a spoon from one pot to the other or the noodles mixing might do it, too. Also, tomato can be hard to digest. Lots of regular pasta sauces are gluten-free. I have never made pasta sauce with ketchup & brown sugar. It sounds more...
  20. OMG! I can't stop laughing!
  21. There have been several threads on here about Disney World & Land. I didn't do a meal plan so I'm not sure how that works. They are extremely good about gluten-free and allergy food. They have a list of what you can get at various food places in the Town Hall as you come in to the park.
  22. If this had happened to me, I would email the corporate office. Tell them which Outback and that the manager " can't keep up with thongs" in his own resturaunt. You were wise not to eat them. Outback has a restaurant in Georgis where they test new gluten-free foods. I think they would want to know about this.
  23. Thanks! I look good in that painting! I will seek out Gee Eff. He may be on FB hiding with Angela! ( remember her?)
  24. Words of wisdom from M: "You need a father in the home to teach a boy what fungus you can eat and what ones you can't."
  25. [quote name='GFinDC' timestamp='1302302655' post= Oh yeah, the Qween in hur birfday suit. Nuttin but the royal crown jewuls about...
