  11. Things aren't too bad! You can't judge cortisol from a single blood test like you can thyroid or testosterone unless yours is very, very low. (You didn't post the reference range but it doesn't look too far out of whack to me.)   16. There was a study on people with positive TTG and GI symptoms but negative biopsy. They had all the metabolic markers of the people with celiac disease, rather than looking like the people who were controls. In other words, there is some strong evidence that if you have TTG and other conditions like Crohn's ad RA have been ruled out, you are celiac.

  21. There's still plenty we can eat. You will have to cook more, though. Can you tolerate soy? If so there's tofu and tempeh. I've also found miso that wasn't made with gluten grains.
