    Bette- I know...it can be so complicated!! And we all get surprises. Good thing you know now.     Elonwy- That stinks girl... I have one of those Amy's dinners in my freezer right now I've never had issues with Amy's so far. In the past that creamy/heavy dairy type of meal would have made me sick. But maybe dairy doesn't bother you. Maybe the combo of food got you? Its so hard to tell at times...
