  2. It has been years since I had bunnies. However I do know they will eat oats, carrots, blackberry briers and most veggies. Just don't feed them lettuce it rots in their guts.
  3. It's possible you could be having problems with your common bile duct. I had my gallbladder out in Jan and continue to have pain. I am currently trying to get diagnosed by my dr. 5. I go about it depending on what is going with me that day. If I have to work, get sleep etc. I take Immodium to stop the D. Otherwise I usually let it run it's course. I don't know about the Kao if it is gluten free or not. I know the liquid Immodium isn't but the pill form is fine.

  7. I have a suggestion for those times when you have to be a passenger. My son gets car sick, so on those long road trips I give him Dramamine. I hate giving him meds but sometimes it is a necessary evil. He never gets sick when he takes it.
  8. I have had a gluten-free pizza from a normal place that is down in Phoenix. They had a dedicated prep area away from the regular stuff. Plus dedicated pans etc.
  9. There is a place in Bremerton that makes a gluten-free pizza crust. Foley's pizza 724 Lebo Blvd 360-373-7222 I've never been there so, I don't know what it is like.
  10. Thank you for the info!
  11. I have had the horrible niacin reaction from pills. My mom gave them to me after I was diagnosed since I was deficient. You couldn't pay me to take that stuff ever again.
  12. There is also P.F. Changs one is located in downtown Seattle or there is one at the alderwood mall (Lynnwoood)
  13. Where is Central Market and TruHealth? I have never heard of them, I go to Manna Mills about once a month
  14. I had a G.I. Dr. suggest Miralax as well. It works like a charm, you get results the next day with no cramps. It works great.
  15. If I remember correctly you have Outback restaurants there. They have a gluten free menu, just ask for one from the hostess.
  16. You can do a google search, there is gluten-free cruises and weekend get-a-ways in the san juan islands. I know some b&b's offer gluten-free options too. You can type in your key words and it should come back with some options for you. As for Peoria there is: Buca Di Beppo (italian) or P.F. Chang's (chinese)
  17. I just had my gallbladder taken out, all my blood work tests were considered within normal range. They did an ultrasound because I asked for it. They found I had multiple stones, plus I still have one wedged in the common bile duct which is causing me to still be sick. I get the stone removed next week...in the mean time I suffer and they don't care. I feel...
  18. My sister has a 04 Huyndai and it is a POS. Its a 4 door. She was having problems with the tranny within 3 months of getting it. It would suddenly downshift while driving on the freeway. She would take it int to the shop and they would tell her nothing was wrong with it. She had to have it towed to the shop 2 times within the first year because of the tranny...
  19. I was breastfed and started showing symptoms of celiac shortly after weaning (age 2). My mom also waited until I was 1y/o until any wheat was introduced. Both of my kids were breastfed so far neither are celiac. I think my son shows some signs, but my ex won't consider it. Under no circumstances would I give my child "crumbs" at 4 months, not only because...
  20. For the record the F.D.A. is working on a law to label gluten containing foods. I have personally taken the survey of what I consider gluten free etc. So it is in the works, just hasn't happened yet.
  21. It may still be under warranty, check out the ipod site it will have you type in your serial number etc. and tell you what you can do. I know there was an option that you can buy a extended warranty, you might be able to do that.
  22. My daughter was on a medication to break up stones (prescribed by the DR.) she ended up passing one into the common bile duct and it got stuck. She ended up in the hospital for 9 days and having her gallbladder removed. She had an infection in her liver, gallbladder and pancreas. I wouldn't recommend it at all. It can be serious enough to kill you.
  23. In the study I took the pill minutes prior to eating, then during my meal I would take the gluten pills. So my best guess is, you would take the pill prior to eating at a restaurant or at a freind's house where there is a chance of CC issues.
  24. Thought I would give you guys an update. The pill seemed to work fine, but I had to drop out of the study. Apparently I have gall stones and haven't really been able to eat anything. I will be having surgery. But I did find out for sure that I was ingesting wheat and I did not get sick at all. I am one of the people who are super sensitive. When I went to...
  25. I couldn't agree more. On my dad's side of the family, my great grandma had celiac, and I'm 100% my grandma had it (she developed stomach cancer). My dad also presents with the classic stomach problems and numerous other auto immune diseases. On my mom's side, my grandfather's cousin has celiac and so does my mom. I'm pretty sure my sister has is and so does...
