    My actual favorite cookie is the kinnickinick (SP?) oreos. They taste like the real thing, but don't leave that disgusting greasy film on the roof of your mouth. I think they are slightly less sweet too. Which is just fine by me.

    I quit taking paxil cold turkey. Dr. didn't advise there could be problems. Can we say road rage? I wanted to rip a few peoples faces off too. I had severe anger problems, it was horrible. I was like super jerk w/ a raging case of pms. I think it lasted for about 2 weeks....at least that I noticed, LOL. It may have gone on longer, I'm not sure.

    It took me years to put on a decent amount of weight. As your stomach heals it will start to absorb nutrients better. You have to remember it took along time to get as sick as you were. So it will take some time to reverse the damage.

    Some of the meals are fairly large. When I go, my daughter (15 y/o) and I share 1 order of the street noodles. We usually have leftovers from that too. They also give you rice on the side. Definatly get the chocolate flourless dome. It is wonderful. Even if you have to get it go to eat later. LOL

    If you get a severe reaction from glutening, they can give you steroids. They work like a miracle. It happened once to me.

    I eat them every now and then and have never gotten sick from them. I live in the states, and have eaten them for years.

    My daughter has this and I have had a couple of friends with it as well. I believe it is a vitamin A defincency. I know a couple of people who have asked dermatologists about it and they say they don't know or it's normal. Whatever! Try taking vitamin A and see what happens.     You could always shave little designs in your hair....like the basketball players etc do. But I so love the the goth look, so that would be good too.

    When I was there, I ordered a second one to go, for later! LOL It was sssooooo good! We were leaving town after eating there, I didn't want to leave! Oh what i would give to be able to have a picazzos near by. Or even better just move to AZ, I love it there.

    I have celiac and I take glutenease EVERYTIME I eat out, as a precaution. I figure it can't hurt. So far I have not gotten sick. I take it as a precaution to cc issues. I realized recently they recommend taking it with one of the companies enzymes as well, so I will be picking up a bottle of that too.

    I would print out some facts about celiac and the gluten free diet. About how it is required that you be 100% gluten free. Also print out the fabulously horrible things that can happen as a result if you are not 100% gluten-free. Such as diabetes, other autoimmune diseases, and my fav- stomach cancer. Have her read them. I hope that helps.

    I have seen people on here say they weren't gluten-free. I have never seen them with gluten in them. WEIRD! I wonder if it has to do with what part of the country you live in? Perhaps they make them in different plants?

    You really didn't miss anything. I was really disapointed with this gala. I arrived at 3 and most of the samples and vendors were already gone. It was supposed to go until 6.

    I don't think I would take it, but that would be great for people like my dad who refuse to acknowledge they have it, because they wouldn't be able to eat there favorite crap or drink their beer.

    I like all the ideas, plus built in cubpoards or something to that effect for recycle bins. And somewhere to stash the stupid plastic bags I get from the store since I like to reuse them. Slide out shelves make life easier when your trying to find something.

    Pamela's is made in a dedicated factory. Just an FYI wikepedia is a public definiton sort of service. In other words any one can go on there and post whatever they want.

    camp fire stew..hamburger, sliced potatoes and carrots seasoned with salt, onion powder and garlic. wrap in tin foil and wet newspaper alternating layers about 4 layers (2 each) total then tuck into the coals and let cook for 2-3 hours. DELICOUS! Last time I checked Dinty Moore beef stew is gluten free. Or you could make your own. gluten-free pretzels...

    It depends on where you live. There are many bakeries out there now that are gluten-free.

    Now, I'm wondering if the people that don't tolerate lactose and/or caesin are not reacting to it after all and it is really gluten in the dairy....
