    ARCHIVED Gi Doctor In Memphis

I would HIGHLY recommend: Open Original Shared Link She is well versed in Celiac and it's issues. And is one of us.
  2. What a great thing you did, to follow up. I think Jenny-O/ Hormel is a great company, but this should have not happened. Thanks for calling this to their attention.
  3. All of Sweet Baby Ray's are gluten free and the best!
  4. We had standing rib roast (and some surprise gluten free gravy from Indiana ), creamed potatoes and beans. And oysters Christmas Eve...yummy. Did not get glutened, but got a severe reaction to the boy-man or man-boy my daughter brought home!
  5. If Charlie is done with all his testing, go gluten free asap.
  6. If the "Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein" contained wheat, it by law must be listed. And as a side note, anything Hydrolyzed (the process of) would remove any of the offending gluten is it were to be wheat, rendering it gluten free.

  14. Butterball, recently modified their wheat ingredient in their gravy. It was good too! The gravy packet ingredients should be listed on the exterior or the packaging as well. Was it not.
  15. ...and if you can't find a support group in your area, we're good to hand around with. We have lots of information here and I would encourage you to walk around this site. And welcome!
  16. I like this answer too. Life is way too complicated, especially in our lives. Keep it simple for yourself and enjoy your holiday.
  17. You're welcome and enjoy your holiday!
  18. Hey Lisa! Sorry I missed this post. Well, how did your fudge turn out? You might need to spare that recipe!
  19. If there are no gluten ingredients, it should be gluten free. Many companies will not label products gluten free, unless they test. Taken from their website: I have allergies to certain ingredients (gluten, peanuts, etc.) that may be found in your products. Where can I obtain ingredient information for your items? Harry & David Operations, Inc...
  20. Elf, I understand what you are saying, but I don't see the harassment that you speak of. I see members who might be a bit skeptical, perhaps. Let me be honest... I am a member of several forums (meaning several). I see the same people who discuss their severe multiple food intolerance on different forums, yet come here and only discuss gluten as their...
  21. Breaking news tells of you still rollin' around. Hold on.
  22. Whew...having a glass wiff ya.
  23. I see numerous valid reasons why the original poster has not returned. He has had many options suggested to mull over. He alone can determine which one fits for his family concerns. Perhaps we should conclude this thread.
