  7. Yes, there is a very real danger of developing intolerances to foods you eat every single day. It is better to have a four-day rotation diet. I used to eat a banana every day, until I developed an allergy to them. I was unable to eat bananas for nearly two years. Now I can eat one once or twice a week (max) without a problem.

As long as you are careful about avoiding gluten, celiac disease is not an issue. As for the other problems, you've had great advice, I believe.
