  1. I agree 100%, and I am not sure if you saw this thread:
  2. We did a summary of this below, and I'm sure if you did a search for "class action" and the pollutant name you'd get hits on lawsuits:
  3. What is GRAS? I've not heard of that before.
  4. This list is pretty dated, but you might check here:
  5. This list is pretty dated, but you might check here: https://www.celiac.com/celiac-disease/united-states-doctors-r273/
  6. A bit off topic, but is it difficult to find gluten-free options in Switzerland when shopping and eating out?
  7. I'm surprised nobody has responded. Most of the overlap with celiac disease comes with Type 1 diabetes, but I'm sure there are others on here who have Type 2.
  8. I hope all is well, Atrial Fibrillation does sound fun. Hopefully you're able to treat it with meds or a device.
  9. We use the Cascade liquid and have never had issues.
  10. Did you finally find a roommate?
  11. This sounds more like a metal allergy, and cheap necklaces from China can have toxic metal coatings on them. Try searching it on the Internet and you will see that this is illegal, but many still make it to the USA. If it is just the necklace that caused it then it can't be gluten-related.
  12. I drink green tea...and coffee, then more tea...you get the idea! 😉 Another supplement that did help me with this (or at least counter the effects of too much caffeine!) is DHEA, but you should read up about it first.
  13. As well as thousands of people with Nima Sensors who can share their results with their app.
  14. Yes, celiac disease can indeed cause seizures, and here are some articles on this: https://www.celiac.com/celiac-disease/celiac-disease-amp-related-diseases-and-disorders/epilepsy-and-celiac-disease/ How this happens seems to be nerve damage, and here are articles on this: https://www.celiac.com/celiac-disease/celiac-disease-amp-related-diseases-and-disorders...
  15. The important part seems to be here. I am aware of "low gluten" beers that use barley as an ingredient, but add special enzymes DURING the fermentation process, but I am not aware of any regular beers that use barley or wheat and remove gluten BEFORE the fermentation process, so this new ruling doesn't cover the regular beers that use barley or wheat as far...
  16. Celiac.com 12/02/2020 - Most Worcestershire sauces are made with naturally gluten-free ingredients. However, many brands do not label their Worcestershire sauce as gluten-free. That's not necessarily a big deal, but some people like to...
  17. I've had snoring issues for which I've worn a special mouthpiece, and my wife has indicated that I have apnea symptoms, so I've done various sleep studies over the years. The apnea went from mild to moderate since my last sleep study, which was about 5 years ago, and it was mild in my first study over 20 years ago. I was doing monthly phlebotomies to keep...
  18. In the USA and with my provider (Kaiser) I typically get test results back within a week.
  19. So interestingly, after many years of tests, including sleep tests, I was prescribed a cpap machine and began using it about 2 months ago. My last two tests for my red blood cell count were in the normal range, so it appears that my "moderate sleep apnea" diagnosis was the culprit. Although I'm not excited about the idea of needing such a device, I suppose...
  20. This is a little late, but a good Italian-English GF restaurant card would be recommended. There are many GF pastas in Italy, and Barilla makes a great one. The trick is getting them to cook it in a separate pot than they use for wheat. You may want to bring AN-PEP enzymes with you just in case.
  21. Here are some: https://www.findmeglutenfree.com/us/sc/charleston
  22. I wish they offered more than just their chicken sandwich for those who are gluten-free. Has Chick-fil-A added more gluten-free items to their menu?
  23. Is it still in business?
  24. Here is a coconut flour pancake recipe:
