    I love pickled herring. I've tried ELF brand several time and get gluten symptoms. This is from the plain one not the one with sour cream. I was thinking of trying it again this year. I think I'll wait a few more years.

    I like them both. I eat the white with just butter. The whole grain I use mainly for toasted sandwiches.

    I had improvement within days. Once I was totally gluten free it made a major difference in my life.

    My dd was to Mayo Physical Therapy because one of her doctors thought custom orthotics might help. After the evaluation PT decided that over the counter inserts would be just fine for her.     I've eaten products that say they are gluten free and had reactions. I figure there is something else I'm reacting to in them. Or that someone was leaning over inspecting the product line while munching a ritz cracker.

    Try Against the Grain. Their rolls are great as is their pizza crust and baguettes. These are the best I've found so far. They seem more like the real thing, taste good and satisfy my craving for rolls/croissants, pizza crust and french bread.     I finally found some gluten free ice cream sandwiches. So tonight I decided to make this recipe. Of course I couldn't find it.
