Breaks me 'art. I do think they will sort it all out between them but if it's really too stressful, don't feel pressured to keep the kitty at your house. You can always visit him :)

:( I know.....he just seems to be an ideal cat in so many ways, he is just SO calm and adorable....today, he fell asleep wif his head on Weezee's ample rear :wub: But once Weez realized this, she started to panic and kind of, um, hyperventilate until I calmed her down :lol::(

Well, he's goign to stay with Lauren's Demon Cat for the next three days.....we'll see how things are when we return :unsure: ('tis the evil cat that attached itself savagely to Annie's rear in an EGREGIOUS, screeching tangle of fur-and-claws assault, totally affirming her terror of cats :lol: )

;) Okay, no bikini pics. But we still want lots of pictures of Jenks.

Mr. Jenkins will be on facebook upon our return. which reminds me, Poeter, where are YOU on facebook? :P

in other news, everyone's in a GIGANTIC frenzy over this Extreme Home Makeover house..... some of the kids went to the school where Lauren teachers.......the whole city is abuzz over it......gah........I never watch the show but - guess I'll hafta watch this one.......

Monday was the prep blowout. Things were curiously gradients of green. And while there was some velocity, it wasn't even close to the daily multiple violent blasts of the past. :ph34r:

Tues was double scope scope day. Woke up for a few seconds during colonoscopy, feeling like some rodent was gnawing inside up towards me ribs.

Today was long MRIs .. ..cute chick runnin' the thing said I had 50-some hold-yer-breaths.

Gets tiresome & that last 24sec one seemed harder than it should've.

<yawn> :boredface24/7: wish I had some silly to share instead of this crap . .. ..

Frigid here. High today is . . . 0F/-18C not counting the windchill -22F/-30C. . . :freezingmearseoff: . . . :o . . . Nikki send me tiger pig ASAP . . . Emily, make me a gawd-awful innovative reverse cardigan tout de suite!!

Kids are home on a two hour delay which means the preschool is cancelled for today (this is the best of both worlds :P )

Where's global warming when you need it?. . . Saw a bit of a programme a couple of days ago. Don't recall what programme, what scientist, what channel or nuttin' . . . but they were saying that the environmental clues are telling us that we are headed for an ice age! . . . Can't we all just get along.

Hi Sillies-

Much to do today--once work is out!!! Pick out 2 area rugs for the new house, grab some paint, get the cleaning supplies, and finish the packing.

We got snow overnight-- a coating of that nice fluffy blowy stuff. Looks pretty. The bad news is its all of 18 degrees outside,.....brrr!!!

Mornin' Psillies! We are not nearly as cold as some of you....but still too cold for my blood! Good news is that it's not going to last! There's a pheeding phrenzie at the bird feeders this morning! Got a few good pics. I love to watch them. It's cold enough that the waterfall is still falling....but lots of ice! At least the birdies can still get a drink.

I think we should ALL apply for the "best job" as a group! I could be pseriously tempted on a day like today.....or any day for that matter :lol:

My goodness you guys have got to share this with you.

My boss just called for an urgent meeting. So we all went to her office and and they gave me and my other coworker cards. We are new homeowners and they wanted us to know they were happy. In the cards were 75 bucks on a Lowes gift card. How thoughtful. My coworker bought a new home in October which is a fixer-upper. Boy we were shocked.

I just feel blessed to be with this group, they really come together and support people's special events. :)

      Try adding some Thiamine Hydrochloride (thiamine HCl) and see if there's any difference. Thiamine HCl uses special thiamine transporters to get inside cells. I take it myself. Tryptophan will help heal the intestines. Tryptophan is that amino acid in turkey that makes you sleepy after Thanksgiving dinner. I take mine with magnesium before bedtime...

      Desperately need a vitamin D supplement. I've reacted to most brands I've tried.

      I live in the upper mid-west and was just diagnosed with marsh 3c celiac less than a month ago. As a 51 year old male, I now take a couple of different gluten free vitamins. I have not noticed any reaction to either of these items. Both were purchased from Amazon. 1. Nature Made Multivitamin For Him with No Iron 2. Gade Nutrition Organic Quercetin...

      I am doing a gluten challenge right now and I bought vital wheat gluten so I can know exactly how much gluten I am getting. One tablespoon is 7g so 1½ tablespoons of Vital Wheat Gluten per day will get you to 10g You could add it to bean burgers as a binder or add to hot chocolate or apple sauce and stir.

I've been taking 10,000 IU D3 a day since 2015.  My doctor says to continue. To fix my lactose intolerance, lots of lactobacillus from yogurts, and brine fermented pickles and saurkraut and olives.  We lose much of our ability to make lactase endogenosly with maturity but a healthy colony of lactobacillus in our gut excretes lactase in exchange for room and board. The milk protein in grass fed milk does not bother me. It tastes like the milk I grew up on.  If I drink commercial milk I get heartburn at night. Some experts estimate that 90% of us do not eat Adequite Intake of choline.  Beef and eggs are the principle source. Iodine deficiency is a growing concern.  I take 600 mcg a day of Liquid Iodine.  It and NAC have accelerated my healing all over.  Virtually blind in my right eye after starting antihypertensive medication and vision is slowly coming back.  I had to cut out starches because they drove my glucose up into the 200+ range.  I replaced them with Red Bull for the glucose intake with the vitamins, minerals and Taurine needed to process through the mitochodria Krebs Cycle to create ATP.  Went from A1c 13 down to 7.9.  Work in progress.       @catnapt, Wheat germ has very little gluten in it.  Gluten is  the carbohydrate storage protein, what the flour is made from, the fluffy part.  Just like with beans, there's the baby plant that will germinate  ("germ"-inate) if sprouted, and the bean part is the carbohydrate storage protein.   Wheat germ is the baby plant inside a kernel of wheat, and bran is the protective covering of the kernel.   Little to no gluten there.   Large amounts of lectins are in wheat germ and can cause digestive upsets, but not enough Gluten to provoke antibody production in the small intestines. Luckily you still have time to do a proper gluten challenge (10 grams of gluten per day for a minimum of two weeks) before your next appointment when you can be retested.
