  1. I would see an immunologist to get there opinion.... Do you take any kind of meds? I had this for nine months but also had severe swelling of the face.. I had angio lympathic edema of the fave outside & inside the mouth...the doc said it was one of the worse cases he ever seen... What caused this to happen was my insurance changed my thyroid med to generic...

I know acidic foods caused me a lot of pain before my gallbladder was removed...And as your body heals you may find a lot more gluten-free foods or just non gluten food items that you notice is causing you an issue... ie: nightshades, soy, corn to...

  7. I guess this could happen but can you be positive? Maybe you picked up a bug of some sort....My hubby got the full blown flu but I only got 10- 12 hours of nausea, fatigue..I'm not doubting you but once a celiac it is easy to blame every ill we get on our celiac ... Hope you feel better soon....also could dairy be becoming an issue?
  8. You may need a permit even if you sell out of your home... Each city/town has different laws so check in your community....another thing to consider selling to an unknown party is if they would have a complaint or feel they got ill from your muffin... Many times support groups will buy from a member they trust & has a totally gluten-free kitchen...

  13. It sounds like you found a new great doctor, which is a real find these days...sounds like she is willing to listen & understanding....you may want to list the doctor name as this doctor maybe be helpful to others who live in your area.... Hang onto this one!!!!

I don't like having blood drawn as I'm hard to get so I take the better route & get twelve tubes done all at once.....I just thought you mentioned being tired or sleepy , I think I would check the thyroid panel , TSh, T-3, T-4, Free T-3, Free T-4, Total T-3 reverse T-3..is she anemic? That may be another check...
  15. I also would ask for the typical bloodwork CBC, Iron, Vit B 12 ,Vit D, calcium , comp metabolic, CRP...that way all your bridges are covered.....

  17. We have a kitty that was abused very early in life, then we gave him a loving spoiled life... He wasn't supposed to survive his trauma but he now is going on 11..... did I say he is VERY SPOILED but he is like a child to us.... maybe you could use a mask when feeding...it must be so hard because you must love this kitty...

I would step out on my own & try probiotics & a grain free food... if you are not using a holistic vet they will not understand that stomach issues can be a result of the food the kitty is eating ... it is mainstream food that contains gluten.....our kitty has lots of medical issues & going gluten free & higher...

  20. If you get dx'd with DH you must remain gluten-free for life ----- no need to do any other testing!
  21. our pets are chipped.. humane society has a clinic for chipping & it is ten dollars .. very cheap for reassurance!

So I say " I am strong , I can handle what life gives me"...I believe we all are warriors & can take on turmoil when it strikes.. Body, mind, & spirit...
