    I have raynauld's , celiac, dry eyes plus hypo /hyper thyroid after Rai.... plus grave's.... I haven't seen much improvement with skin except rosacea has improved since twelve years of strictly being gluten-free...

    Kareng, you are right --- I carry enough for several people so in the event something happens I can also share with other hungry people...When people ride with me they are always looking for my goodie bag! even the gluten eaters! I do also always have a bin in my trunk with water & juice......gluten free people who ride with me...

    sorry about your daughter.....but I think the blood work speaks volumes .....our kid was 2 1/2 when we had a endo with biopsies done, it is scary for a small child, I feel your pain.....of course no one want to be celiac but I too believe it is great that it got caught early so no horrible damage ......You need to test...

    sounds like you have lots going on..... What type of doctor is the new one? You could ask the office staff if the doc handles celiac before you go... If you are wanting to be tested for celiac you need to be eating gluten for proper results.....some say two slices of bread a day others including me feel more gluten...

    I know many who enjoy Green's beer......I use it for the liquid in beer batters for seafood....I second the clam chowder & Progresso creamy mushroom....all progresso soups are labeled... but no beer just yet! there are also many hard ciders that many enjoy...not just yet for you tho!!!

    My endo doc said for positive without synthyroid paying for fellows & being in their back pockets things would not be pretty....We have part of a building funded by Mylan Labs....& a thank you plague to Mylan!!!!     Erfa is the other one I had said I would take....My doc here would not prescribe it for me because it wasn't US regulated which made me laugh...at that time Mylan had several lawsuits happening... I laughed & said I would rather take my chances on a Canadian drug...but he gave in to the one I now take. I never want...

    I've heard the new reformed armour is not the same as the old armour...but I can't say for positive as I never used it.... Synthyroid can not guarantee its gluten-free now.... years ago the 50 mg was gluten-free but they have since changed that statement.... angio lympathic edema is one of the most horrible things...

    Kraft & Sargento are safe shredded cheese .... but I doubt one of those is used in a fast food joint....I venture to guess they use a cheap brand of shredded cheese ........ where more generic junk is added...for looks & taste. anti-clumping agents used by cheese mfg's include powdered cellulose , potato starch, or calcium...

    I agree with the other posters, you need more solid info & need testing.... don't jump on the celiac truck just yet , there are many illness/ diseases that can mimic celiac....and vice versa.     thanks for the input... they are not in my area yet...To me it appears these mainstream companies want on the gluten-free money wagon but don't consider any nutritional value ... Most stuff just has a lot of added sugars & sodium to make them taste better... I know in my beginning journey I never thought about healthy...

    Our kids just completed their cooking semester....We had the option of skipping that class but kids Boys wanted to take the class..... So our kids had their cooking class in September , first period so the room was cleaned before school started in Sept. the cooking room is cleaned every evening just because of the mess daily. So this is when we felt the safest...
