Has anyone else heard this? Our local distributor just told us that Busch is marketing a brand new sorghum beer as gluten free!!! I don't have any real information on it, they said it's not out yet. Anyone know anything??? -

Hey Jessica! I was wondering what ever happened to you. If you had positive bloodwork, then you have Celiac and you need to stay gluten free for life. If you can't do it for yourself, do it for your beautiful little girl (BTW, I love getting the pictures). She needs for you to stay strong and healthy. I used a mini bundt tray (6 mini bundts) and then I also used a roll tray (mammoth muffin size) and they turned out very well. I'm assuming it would turn out very well in a bundt pan. I forgot to mention that I doubled the apples in the recipe. Next time I make it I will also mix them into the batter instead of making layers.

1/20 first degree relatives of Celiacs also have Celiac. Acid reflux can definitely be a symptom and I believe it's one of the more common symptoms. Get tested, it could save you from a lot of hassles down the road. -
Yes, use confectioner's sugar in the recipe. I believe that is what they ment by "white sugar". It didn't turn out when I used granulated sugar, very good when I used confectioner's sugar. Yum!

Open Original Shared Link Instead of the all-purpose flour they call for, use 1-1/2 cups white rice flour, 1 cup potato starch, 1/2 cup tapioca starch, and 3 teaspoons xantham gum. Also, be sure to use confectioner's sugar (not granulated) or they won't turn out well. Enjoy!!! I also doubled the cinnamon.

I have an amazing cake recipe. No one will ever know the difference. I've only made this as cupcakes, so I can only vouche for the end product of that, not as a cake, but I imagine it would be similar or the same. The pizza crust posted above is the one that I use also. It is FABULOUS!!! It takes about 40 minutes from start to finish (if you're quick), but it is SO worth it. Honestly, I don't remember how long I baked mine for. I didn't use the timer because I was adapting an old pie recipe for cupcakes... I'm thinking it was probably around 15 minutes, but I guess I'm probably too late since you posted this evening... Let us know how long it took for yours. -

Also, insist that biopsies all be from different areas. If they do 8-10 biopsies, but they're all in one concentrated area, they may as well have only done one.
