Operation Onesie Twosie was a special time wasn't it?

Ascension, Vacation & the "let'em eat cake-ization" of virtual abdication thru willfully choosing a netless chasmistic abyss prior to even first sunset of the ascendancy. It was an OUTRAGE!

:lol: `Twas an outrage, indeed.... . ....was larfin' all weekend.......

Silent P, like in swimming pool.

Or, like, when I`m jumping up and down.... . .. dry.gif

Yeah. Dolphins.

Dolphins could well be the answer to life, death and everything. Makes a lot more sense than 42, methinks....

They`re always smiling...... yep, they are the answer... B)

Nope . . . gotta disagree. They're always smiling because they KNOW the answer . . . and they're not tellin'.

They're smarter than us, you know.

LOL got my cell phone bill and I used TEN TIMES the data on my iPhone that Mrs Vydor did on my iPhone last month, but she used FORTY TIMES the amount of minutes that I did!

I checked my 11yo data for this mo. 1700 texts, very little data. 1700?!?! I read them, they're quite amusing. I had 2700 but my captain is gone 15 days a month ;)

First coffee in over a month.... oh yeah baby....

Jealous!!! No sugar, no flour, no alcohol, no coffee, no fun!! But I've lost 8#

I wish there were some phunnies here this week, but alas, I'm under attack again. Do wish I would have taken some pictures of us clam digging on Sunday but my camera would have been ruined. I asked Captain if he'd mind terribly if I just ran around in my und's (they were boy shorts...)because it was a total monsoon. Completely worthless to be wearing clothes when it looked and felt like I took a dip in the ocean in them and the crotch of my jeans was drooped to my knees. He said I had to leave the jeans on  He couldn't believe it and was totally entertained when I stripped down outside the truck before getting in. Like I was going to sit in a puddle for the 2 hour ride back?!:P The lady in the subaru next to us was trying very hard to keep facing forward

I would have been watching too, totally entertained!

'Just look at that freak! It's pouring down rain, she dumps out a quart of sea water from each boot, peels her jeans to her ankles and just STANDS there in a tank and polka dot underoos wilst her man just stands by shaking his head!'

And then somehow I end up on fb the next day

I have just started aikido (I will be testing for my Black Belt in America Freestyle Karate on November 16th) and my aikido instructor told us...

Karate - The art of knocking some one out of their clothes

Jujitsu - The art of folding cloths with people still in them

Aikido - The art of convincing people to fold their own clothes while they are still in them.

:D

HAHAHAHA!!!

Yeah, Army guys only have to fold people with their clothes inside them, they have tools to convince people to fold their own clothes! heeheeeheee....

well, I've been entertaining myself lately by reading doomsday prepper forums. Quite amusing to read them debating over how many rolls of tp one should be storing (something like 24 rolls per person - they seem to use a lot less than I do, but anyway..) for a year. I'm wondering what sort of scenario they're envisioning that will suddenly have fluffy rolls of Charmin available after a year.

I have been diagnosed with coeliacs disease today after endoscopy, bloods and CT scan. I have also been diagnosed with Mesenteric Panniculitis today. Both of which I believe are autoimmune diseases. I have been told I will need a dexa scan and a repeat CT scan in 6 months. I had not even heard of Mesenteric Panniculitis till today. I don’t know much about it? Has anyone else got both of these.

The normal ranges can vary for the tissue transglutaminase and gliadin antibody celiac tests because the units aren’t absolute.  Could you please tell us what the normal ranges are for the laboratory used? If her tissue transglutaminase results are 10-fold above the normal range some would diagnose her on that alone.  Endomysial antibody ranges are more standardized, and a titer of 1:5 would usually be normal.  Might that be the normal range and not her result?  Her total immunoglobulin A is normal for her age. (This is tested because if low, then the other IgA tests might not be valid).

Hello there! New to celiac community, although I have lots of family in it.  My two year old was just diagnosed with celiac disease based on symptoms and bloodwork.  symptoms (swollen belly, stomach hurting, gagging all the time, regular small vomit, fatigue, irritability, bum hurting, etc) she got tests at 18 months and her bloodwork was normal. She just got tested again at 2 1/2  because her symptoms were getting worse and these were her results :   Tissue Transglutaminase Ab, IgA 58.8 Unit/mL (High) Endomysial Antibody IgA Titer 1:5 titer (Abnormal)   Gliadin Antibody IgA < 1.0 Unit/mL Gliadin Antibody IgG 8.5 Unit/mL Immunoglobulin A 66 mg/dL Her regular pediatrician diagnosed her with celiac and told us to put her on the strict gluten free diet and that we wouldn’t do an endoscopy since it was so positive and she is so little (26lbs and two years old). I’m honestly happy with this decision, but my family is saying I should push and get an endoscopy for her. It just seems unnecessary and an endoscopy has its own risks that make me nervous. I’m certain she has celiac especially with it running in mine and my husbands family. We are now thinking of testing ourselves and our 5 year old as well.  anyways what would y’all recommend though? Should we ask for an endoscopy and a GI referral? (We are moving soon in 5 months so I think that’s part of why she didn’t refer us to GI)

This is really helpful  I had not considered sugar alcohols or inulin as triggers. Thanks for the practical baking tips too color coding and baking G F first makes a lot of sense. Thiamax (TTFD) plus a B-complex, and if you want benfotiamine, the Life Extension formula covers that at ~100 mg.

High fiber can definitely cause sudden GI distress especially if it’s a new addition but accidental gluten exposure can feel similar. Keeping a simple food/symptom log and introducing new gluten-free foods one at a time can really help you spot the pattern.
