Happy Birthday Patti. May this be a wonderful birthday with lots of gluten free delights.

I also want to take this time to thank you for all the wonderful cooking advice you have given me. But, especially for telling me about Dari-free milk. I could not live without that milk.

Thanks everyone! :D

I had a very nice day. Mark and I went shopping, then later on spent time hanging out with the family.

We grilled steaks outside (Mark had to go out and sweep off the deck--it snowed late in the afternoon) and I made a gluten-free pineapple upside-down cake. :)

      New labs are now very elevated

      Hello, I was very stick, with flu like symptoms, but my virus panel came back negative and we couldn’t figure out what’s going on. The doctor then added a celiac panel. Has anyone ever had such a dramatic change? What are the odds this is true celiac I am going to have an endoscopy, but it’s expensive and I just feel like why can’t the labs be enough?...

      I see that Cracker Barrel restaurants have a gluten free menu (not all locations, but one confirmed that they do). I was wondering if it is safe for my 5 year old son with celiac disease?
