Welll...that sucks! Doctors don't know ingrdients off hand any more than most of us do. It would have been nice if he/ she had the nurse check before giving it to you. -

If you mean the soup base that is sold to restaurants - then it is obviously not gluten-free as it lists wheat. Open Original Shared Link i am in he US, not sure about other countries -

I don't think I have ever seen Stouffers making a broth. I like Kitchen basics or Pacific. -

I agree - some of this stuff is a bit overboard. But a person diagnosed with Celiac might want to clean out the drawers (crumbs always fall in them) and colanders that were used for gluten pasta will probably always have some gluten goo in them - its very hard to clean out every little hole. The basic rule is to get rid or avoid things that retain gluten... -
I didn't get any further than the beer - hops do not contain gluten. The reason we can't drink beer isn't because of the barley in it. I think this writer didn't pay much attention? because it says we can drink gluten-free beers - but most have hops in them. i hate to see this, because people will assume it is a good source and believe it.

Regular soy sauce is not gluten-free- it contains wheat. There are gluten free soy sauces sometimes called tamari sauce -

I don't know how much gluten she is eating....maybe you could cut back on it? And you can use whatever products are appropriate for her symptoms & her age - pepto bismol or a laxative, for example. Open Original Shared Link -

Injecting gluten proteins into your bloodstream, would probably clot up and kill you. Most vaccinations are not put directly into the the blood vessel, but it would still be wrong to put gluten in a shot. Also, for a Celiac, the reaction occurs in the small intestine. Injecting gluten into your skin would probably cause an immune reaction...

Yes - slightly positive can be from other things. I don't know the scale for your tests - but that looks extremely positive. -

I can't imagine they could have gluten. Fruit is usually all they make in a fruit processing facility (maybe a veggie) -

Keep eating gluten and go to your doctor. He or she can give you a blood test for Celiac. See what that says and go from there. -

I don't know if I have had the green tea, but I have had this brand with no issues. The info in this thread is more than ten years old. I wouldn't go by it. If you see wheat listed, then I think the people to ask "why" would be Hormel? edit - just looked. The ingredients I could find on line do not list wheat they do list oatmeal. So that is possibly contaminated with wheat. It has a lot of crazy ingredients I would... -
Either the person answering the phone or email is an idiot or the company is failing to follow even the basic labeling laws. Even without the Gluten labeling laws in the US, Canada, etc- there are laws that they can't label something as x but use y instead. I am betting

Some of that brand are gluten-free , but they will say they are. Some of their bars are not gluten-free because they do not use gluten-free oats. If you are eating non- gluten-free oats or products made with them, there is a possibility that some are actually gluten-free and some aren't. So maybe a small amount of gluten has built up until...
