    It takes me about 4 days to feel better after eating a food that I do not tolerate. My nurse caregiver says that it takes about 4 days for the antibodies to die down. Three days seems to me within a reasonable time. My dentist removed my mercury fillings very carefully. He used what he called a "rubber Damn" to avoid having mercury go down my throat...

    I haven't had dairy in years and grain I haven't eaten in 2 years. I do eat healthy foods meats, vegetables, and nuts. I shun sweets. My calcium levels have been tested and found adequate. I wonder if your total IgA levels were checked. The body can be deficient in it and it can make the test false negative. Hope you will soon feel healthy again...

    Firstly, The damage from celiac is reversible. If one does have it, and follows a gluten free diet, their body can heal even after very much damage.     I have had good results (when using enzymes for my family) while using either prescription or over the counter enzymes. My son has a prescription for Pancreaze.     In the fall/winter chickens need to have artificial lighting in order to extend their light hours. That is the most difficult part of our family"s chickens.     I noticed trouble (for me) with corn starch before I realized my celiac trouble. I think it may be hard to digest.     Perhaps you are intended to help others there to cope with a gluten issue. I wouldn't be surprised if there are some around I know that eating is a social event, but your health needs to be taken care of too.     Are you able to get food not cross-contaminated? Are you 100% gluten free? Are you getting enough protein? Do you also get enough vitamin B which is not very plentiful in plants?     I have refused band-aids since paying $205 for general surgery while dealing with a reaction to one. I have known for years I have trouble with adhesive bandages. I use cotton gauze and do not adhere the tape directly to my skin.

    When I met up with a doctor that wouldn't test my daughter's rash, I printed out information about celiac and mailed it with a letter to the doctor. I all the while remembered a friend that treated her doctor respectively and taught her some lessons. Dee
