A Case for Thiamine Supplementation in Celiac’s IF only for a Season in Time I have been doing Posterboy blog posts every so often now for a while now to share my experience with supplementation. I have settled on the fact that many of the existing GI issues can triggered by existing nutritional deficiencies. ((I think most people must think I still take Niacinamide or Thiamine or a B-complex.....I do not now take any of these things. I only took them for a Season in Time anH-E-B Issues Recall for Blue Cheese Salmon Burgers Due to Undeclared Wheat

The products contain wheat, a known allergen, which is not declared on the product label. All affected product has been removed from store sheis Cheerios gluten free
A few years ago cheerios had aired commercial saying that the cereal is gluten free by removing the wheat germ in in the gain. I don't get it I thought about cross-contamination .just because you remove it. I wish companies were not aloud to say the are gluten free because their factories aren't. For people who eat gluten and revive pain and damage from just the smallest speck that can only be seen through a microscope. And cheerios is a sponsor for celiac disease foundation. Its all hypocriticno one believes
Just because others can't see what going on inside doesn't mean the the pain you feel isn't there. Not faking it! How long to we have to suffer before someone believes in want we are saying. No one believed me and when I found out I had celiac. Doctor caught it at the last second. He said if no one would have caught it I would have bled out in about one months time at age 14. So when someone says their in pain believe them before it is to late to turn back time.July 2020
Well life has been crazy. I guess the biggest issue has been my truck I got so I could travel more and go to farmers markets with. I took it in with a extended warranty to get the A/C fixed and the engine started having problems. Warranty company told the dealership to take it apart so they could inspect but then declined be cause the truck was a ambulance....well the vin says it is a F350 with a ambulance package so they knew that. So I ended up without a vehicle and the initial cost was $21,93Being Compared
Once my celiac disease was compared to a person with a peanut allergy! They have nothing to do with each other.😠Good news. And some average news.
I finally had my blood work done. All micros, except iron, are well in the upper ranges of normal. Woot! I guess that means intestines are healing. Fatigue still plagues me, though. Not as much as it used to, but I feel only 25% better. The average news is my ALT and AST levels are sitting just above the upper range of normal. I have to now have the emotional calmness to investigate what is causing this. It feels too much to deal with, but I suppose I need to face it. Well, well! It has been a while. I needed time away from social media and only inching back towards the more sensible ones now. I hope you are all well and keeping sane in these very ... unique times. I decided to try the carnivore diet. I had been listening to Drs Ted Naiman and Paul Saladino, and began looking at what the Armstrong Sisters were up to. This led me to the Paleomedicina group and their seeming successes with a PKD lifestyle (paleolithic ketogentic diet). I read a research article today about how hookworms are being considered as a standard of care of colitis. Dunno about them used for obesity treatment though. The first thing I did once I figured out I wasn't reacting to gluten anymore was to head for the bakery isle. It had been 13 years..
