  1. Can someone please direct me to the research about onions being poison to dogs? Thanks!

    ARCHIVED Wendy's

My Wendy's throws the messed-up burgers in the trash. My Sonic lets the customer keep the messed-up burger, and makes them a new one.
  3. When I sold Tupperware, the fee was for the consultant. With the jewelry, I don't get any of it. I wish I knew how Avon worked it, but I haven't sold Avon for 2.5 decades.
  4. Hugs and prayers for a safe trip the rest of the way home!
  5. Michelle, thank you for answering! I do not disbelieve you, I just am curious to know more. I react to different metals in jewelry, and cannot have surgical staples, so I fully believe that you have bad reactions to trace metals. I shudder to think of what it does to your insides, when it breaks out your skin so bad!
  6. I do not shop at Aldi's because they use off-brands, and change brands constantly. I need continuity for my own peace of mind!
  7. I don't understand how a person could be allergic to a vitamin. Is it what the vitamin is derived from that you react to?
  8. I don't know about Avon, but with Premier Jewelry, the order processing fee is to pay the folks that work in the warehouse, putting your order into its own little package.
  9. I don't go by what the front of the label says, I go by the ingredients list. I didn't see anything that was a no-no, so I use it.
  10. I use Yoplait if I want just yogurt, and Great Value brand for my smoothies.
  11. My dogs eat Purina Dry Dog Chow and whatever table scraps we have. They are quite healthy!
  12. Happy birthday Rusla!
  13. AMEN!! I can't have the vaccine, I am allergic to eggs. I did get full-blown influenza for Christmas in 2003. I will never forget it, nor will I ever call a stomach problem the flu!
  14. I was initially diagnosed with anxiety, but a psychiatrist said it sounded more like mild depression. I was taking 10 mgs. of Lexapro daily for it, and the medicine was working. During the summer, the dosage was cut back to 5 mgs. After having days where I didn't care about anything, even my schoolwork and grandson, I went back to the doctor. Now I am...
  15. Check it out with doctors. The only bad things I have heard about it only happened with "back alley" surgeons. If getting your arms done is something you want to do, then please just make sure you have a good, reputable, licensed doctor.
  16. See that little man in my avatar? I cannot imagine being the age I am now, 42, and just starting a family. I am exhausted just chasing after him for a couple of hours a few times a week! I had my babies when I was young, and I do not regret one nanosecond of it. You and Ryan have to do what you and Ryan feel is best for you, Ryan, and your babies.
  17. I did the same thing with lemon meringue at my neighbor's on Christmas Day. Although I did learn that I am not as sensitive as I was before. I guess the 9 months since the last glutening allowed a lot of healing. For which I am truly thanking God!!
  18. I'll be checking in now and then tonight. My grandson is sleeping so adorably, so please don't blow your noisemakers in the house!
  19. Hello everyone, it's nice to meet you! Tippy, please explain the ^-^ in your posts. It looks like a kitten's ears peeking up over a table!
  20. I tried milk thistle. It gave me very bad intestinal cramps. It was not gentle at all!
  21. It sounds like maybe his poops are too hard to pass. Magnesium powder is fairly cheap, and you can put it in his juice. It will cause his intestines to hold onto more of the water he drinks, which will make his poops softer and easier to pass.
  22. I have an allergy to grasses, so eating wheat made my nasal passages swell. This caused bacteria to be trapped, and infections to grow. I haven't had a sinus infection since I went gluten-free, thank God!
  23. Give her my address when she visits you! I use Slimfast for convenience, when I am too stiff, too sick, or in too much of a hurry to make a meal. I haven't seen the new one yet, but I will be looking for it.
  24. My husband and I cannot sleep together in the same bed. Neither of us gets any good sleep that way. Therefore, when he is home on R&R, he sleeps in one room, and I in another. As for the cat, she's a nocturnal creature, and doesn't understand why you don't get up with her at night. Putting her in a room of her own at night with a comfy blankie and...
