  20. Always "amuses" me that when people say they miss beer that Celiacs recommend gluten-free "beer" that taste like clear-fizzy water (aka American pilsner)... or worse. Mass-produced, American light lager is the farthest from satisfying the beer craving for people who miss beer. Why can't Celiacs recommend gluten-free beers that have more flavor, more texture...

  23. There still seems to be some confusion about whether Kewpie mayo is gluten-free. The image I found on Amazon showed a pretty inoffensive ingredient list... with the exception of "natural flavors" and "spices". As someone with both Celiac disease and nightshade allergy, I really wish the FDA would require full-disclosure on all ingredients.
