  4. Kraft has been good about disclosing all ingredients, and has nothing to gain, and a lot to lose, by not doing so. According to the ingredients there is no gluten, but it isn't labeled "gluten-free" or certified: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Kraft-Baking-Caramel-Bits-11-oz-Bag/10308416

  11. Have you tried contacting the first company you had issues via their contact form? https://www.newbreadcompany.com/contact It's possible there could be an issue, but since you've had issues recently with several different products from different companies it makes me wonder if you don't have other food intolerance issues that you need to identify...

  13. Definitely get a blood test if you can, and if you have gluten sensitivity or celiac disease it can manifest it’s symptoms in your gut, skin or brain/nervous system. Tingling is, among other possibilities, a symptom of gluten ataxia, which is caused when you are in the group where your nervous system is affected by gluten. More articles on this topic are h...
  14. Glutenease says it will help break down casein as well as small amounts of gluten, for example cross contamination at a restaurant, but this supplement nor any other are designed to allow you to purposefully consume gluten if you have celiac disease. 18. Interesting question because those with celiac disease have an immune system that seems to be over active. I’ve not seen any studies in the past 20 years that support the idea that triggering your immune system by eating gluten could prevent other infectious diseases. It’s not impossible, but I tend to doubt it.
  19. Celiac.com 06/20/2020 - Being stuck at home during Covid-19 can take the fun out of spring. However, if you have a chicken, some mustard, honey and a few spices, you can cook some joy right back into your world, and this is just the recipe...
