  1. I use liquid health in a dropper 0.75ml a day. Supposed to take 1ml every 2-3 days but I found my dosing at .5-.75ml daily to work best. Get it on Luckyvitamin.com like my other supplements for the most part.
  2. Vitamin C and higher iron foods like cocoa nibs, seeds proteins, and yellow pea protein powder can help. Just look at the DV % of iron on say a pure Pea Protein and Pumpkin Seed protein powder. Having some in a shake. yogurt, etc can help Amusingly I found mixing it into creamy soups to be interesting in moderation, and some garlic powder with it is a bit...
  3. Some can live in a shared environment if proper steps are taken, like having dedicated gluten free cookware, dedicated area for fixing gluten free foods, avoiding using fresh flour like etc. Others like me and some others here, had to move out as relatives could not comprehend sensitivity and constant mistakes made us constantly sick til we had to move to...
  4. I would consider something else, many with this disease develop other food intolerance issues. In these cases if we eat said trigger foods our bodies puke it up. Best thing to do if this is the case is a food diary, you keep track of everything you eat. You also need to go on a food elimination diet (please google) and remove all processed foods going to...
  5. Wish you lived closer also...sounds like we could do much from pot lucks, celebrations, shopping, co-op purchases and even video game sessions lol.
  6. So the 16th was my 28th birthday, I made myself some gluten free keto cinnamon rolls,...not quite up to par so I made a keto cake, Nice round birthday cake, extra moist and fluffy, cinnamon and egg nog extract in it. Used Egg whites, coconut flour, Lakanto Maple, Nutiva Butter Flavored Coconut oil, water, cinnamon, psyllium husk powder, Swerve Sweetener,...
  7. In my case Ulcerative Colitis for me reacts to fructose, glucose, and sucrose....in addition to the common triggers I am already avoiding. Sugars/carbs/starches cause a type of flare up. IT becomes apparent with I get anemic and start shitting blood and mucus. Keto it went from globs of blood, extreme anemia, to the occasional streaks in the stools. I still...
  8. Can not view without logging in or having an account. Is there a way for you to screen shot, and crop the table or DL it and upload it for others to view.
  9. First thoughts are you might have gotten glutened at that dinner but having still raised antibodies.....I would think more along the lines of low dose CC over time....perhaps every below 20ppm just constant dosing could be causing ....god knows I get issues from "gluten free" food that still have low doses of gluten just confirmed that over a week ago. The...
  10. Sounds like Celiac....The gluten challenge you need to take to get tested properly and would be torture since your already gluten free......Even if not celiac you obviously have a inflammatory, immune, and gastrointestinal reaction to gluten so NCGS at least. Either way the gluten free life seems to be the proper route. I myself follow a keto/paleo diet,...
  11. Yeah I found "scents" Cologne and artificially overly smell things make me feel nasiuated and sick. I love just baking spices in the oven as it is the only fragrances I can stomach in my house....Heck that one time I spilled Italian seasoning and vacuumed it up....OMG my house smelled like olive garden...it was wonderful...other times i just put some apple...
  12. My homemade recipe is very iffy and I always mix it up and this is a rough estimate. 220g egg whites, 100g nut milk, 2 tbsp coconut flour (not quite level), 2 tbsp ground flax, 1/2tsp baking powder, pinch of stevia/monk fruit. and a bit of extract of choice (I mix this up from egg nog, cheese cake, maple, vanilla, rum...what ever I want) I blend this up with...

Scroll down to the Vegan Cheesy Garlic knots and do them without braiding them and omit the garlic. also use any cheese and herb mix you like. Feel free to comment on any new creations I love hearing others versions....I just made some...
  14. Hmm you need to start a new topic you just posted on a thread from 2016. TO answer your question yes, you need to be eating gluten at least 2 weeks prior to a scope. Open Original Shared Link As to why...most doctors are frankly uneducated about this disease. There is no money for them in it either as it has to be treated by diet alone. I might suggest...
  15. I know one member will come back here soon and tell you it is possible with hashi etc. I know with my Celiac, UC, and some other issues I have gotten pretty damn good over the past 4-5years. Started putting on weight and body building. I work out daily, power walk over 14miles a day. And the diseases have made me strive to become a baker/chef that cooks...
  16. ...yeah the stuff I suggested is like 325mg a full dose, why I said to get the powder you put in your drink. This way you can dose to what you need and why I said to start off with 1/4 tsp instead of the full on dose of 2tsp. Open Original Shared Link or use this, it is hard to know if your getting enough as this one will not cause D and seems less effective...
  17. If you have celiac would you eat their gluten free sandwiches? The place is full of gluten buns, the employees use new gloves yes...but they touch the gluten buns then by hand pull each ingredient from each bin CCing each bin of ingredients as they go.....the place is a CC nightmare and the logistics for them to get a separate area, separate ingredient bins...

  19. Well I was messaged by a company about a new line of food, while they contain diary, and meat so I CAN NOT eat them, perhaps someone here will find they make their life easier. These are grain free, gluten free foods from a company that specializes in low carb foods. They make Pizza, Breakfast Pizza and now they make Enchiladas. For those that can still enjoy...
  20. Lentil have become more of a CC issue as of late even some gluten-free ones were brought to the attention of GFWD when someone found random grains in their lentils that ended up being a gluten grain. Extra precautions you can take, dry sort your lentils first, go through dump them out on a paper towel or butcher paper and find anything that doe not belong...
  21. Xantham gum. potato starch, and a few others are common ingredients that some of us get bad abdominal reactions to. >.< if you knew they made xantham gum from dead mold you might make much more effort to avoid it lol. But your not alone, there are many of us here that react bad to it. You mentioned it is pretty high up there...I am a gluten free bakery...
