  1. I overdose on B6, B12, take a little of Biotin. Increase energy for the body and mind. But also add in Amino Acid deficiency testing is needed for Celiacs.
  2. I support going all gluten-free soaps and shampoo/conditioner. So basically shopping at organic grocery/nutritional stores ($$).
  3. Not tried, contains "MILK" and soy. I pass.
  4. I tried Vitamin D and it didn't help me out at all. I dose up on B6, B12, plenty other amino acid supplements for a healthy livable day. Real Vitamin D from the Sun is essential in staying healthy and include exercising.
  5. Making me hungry. I would leave out the bacon. Add in chopped up raw celery and my favorite for all broccoli sprouts.
  6. Brain fog and bipolar are fitting with one another. The one brings the other out.
  7. Organic olive oil is the best.
  8. Not all supplements fit all people. I totally support trial and error. There's other mushrooms or try a combo supplement with chaba. As in trial and error. Dose up on amino acids and vitamins. B-6, B12 good size doses helps in many areas of the body and mind. Celiacs are self Holistic/Homeopathys. I just wish there was a free way to get tests done...
  9. My bad. My hair did get fuller and gotten back some forehead balding. Hair grows back fast, and fingernails growth is better than in the past years. Compared to the same age of my father. I would have a complete head of hair, he was bald mostly forehead to the top and thin all around. The B-12 is also in keeping the hair from turning gray to fast. ...
  10. My hair was light/thin and also balding. Been taking extra amino acids and other supplements (Glutathione (has 3 amino's in it Cysteine, Glycine, glutamic acid) Lysine, Horsetail. Just google search others. I also use gluten free shampoo with added supplements/vitamins like biotin for the hair. B-6 and B-12 vitamins. I don't take Iron supplements. Since...
  11. Wax dental floss is not so good for the kidneys. Try using something different like bamboo floss with charcoal, silk floss. As always if something is not working change it up. For Oral health for Cediacs/Gluten allergies suffers. I'm favoring a Holistic approach to oral health. Usually main approaches are not for us. But in Holistic approach they will...
  12. CDC/regional health agencies need to take a more proactive/preventive care in testing everyone for Cediac/gluten allergies. What a failed health organization. How many people with Cediac/Gluten allergies committed violence, suicide, just plain homeless. We must protect those just growing up without the knowledge we all suffered threw without knowing.
  13. So basically the main symptom is being whacked out of your cord. After seeing violence and homeless on the streets. Everyone should be tested for Cediac/Gluten allergies. The CDC/Regional Health should be taking a more proactive or preventive care solutions in testing everyone at a young age.
  14. Eating gluten free is so difficult. When the costs of gluten free and eating the food your addicted to. Its like a bipolar roller coaster ride.
  15. I can't digestive all that fat properly. I'm out. My poor liver. I support eating Meats/proteins 1st then wait two hours in eating Carbs. Flip that around. Give the liver a break and keep the acid stomach from going out of wack. This called Painfree eating method which is found I believe on FB.
  16. Might think about taking amino acids for hair, nails growth. Lysine, Cysteine. Proline is for healthy tendons. Another supplement is "Horsetail" good for hair growth, nails. May contain silica which is superb in strengthen bones, teeth. Besides Amino acids add extra Vitamins (all the Bs accept niacin) and Minerals with Iron free. Caution on...
  17. Any good Doctor/nurse will notice the symptoms to gluten allergies. Weak knees, weak ankles. Check out if you need to take more vitamin D. And any other vitamins/supplements.
  18. Universal testing should start in all schools as early as possible. I was diagnosed in 7th grade from a basic sports examination by a Dr. My Father basically turned a blind eye and said nothing wrong with my son. A basic examination by a Doctor or good Nurse can see the signs of Gluten allergies. Just need the direction to do so.
  19. Did you do any other tests? interested. Maybe stay away from vegetable oil, soy, cornstarch. Gluten allergies can turn into multiple alllergies.
