Celiac disease

According to this list, lomotil is gluten-free, although I'm not sure how old this info is: https://www.glutenfreedrugs.com/Glutenlist.htm -
Professional help is a good idea due to this food sensory issue. There are gluten-free chicken nuggets out there that are good, as well as everything else. Please let us know how things go.

I recommend that you try duck eggs. They can be found in farmer's markets and/or Asian supermarkets (do not buy ones that have a red Sharpie marker mark on them, they contain baby ducks and are a delicacy in parts of Asia). Reaction to gluten
Scott Adams replied to Hilary D's topic in Post Diagnosis, Recovery & Treatment of Celiac Disease
After going gluten-free for a while some celiacs get super sensitive to gluten, and even tiny amounts can cause them great distress. The FDA's new ruling makes it so that distilled spirits, no matter their source, can be labelled "gluten-free." The same is true for distilled vinegar: https://www.thespiritsbusiness.com/2020/08/fda-ruling-allows-gluten-free-labelling-on-spirits/ -
I'm not sure about the specific test you are seeking, but genetic testing for celiac disease markers is very common now, and many companies offer it. Even 23AndMe.com offers a genetic screening for it, but there are likely other specialty companies that offer more specific results than the generic ones.

Lymphocyte count for people with Celiac’s

I agree with @trents and would bring this up with your doctor. I don't think this would be celiac disease-related. -
To me the images seem consistent with DH, but to confirm this you'd need to go to a dermatologist who understands DH and knows how to do the biopsy. Can I assume that you are eating gluten daily? If not, your test may be a false negative. If you are eating gluten I'd also recommend that you get a blood screening done for celiac disease:

PS—I can’t read the studies for you—you need to do that on your own if you’re genuinely interested in this topic...I’ve presented them, and if you won’t read them and continue with unfounded negative comments you’re clearly just trolling this thread.

The enzymes should be taken just before, during or shortly after eating any meal that could be contaminated...in other words any time you eat at a restaurant or outside your home. If you read the studies you’ll see that AN-PEP has been shown to break down small amount of gluten in the stomach, before it ever reaches you intestines. Given the high levels o...
