Welcome to the forum, @max it! By "one celiac marker" do you refer to a genetic marker or a blood antibody test result? -

Hi @terrymouse Generally, after a Celiac Seriology Blood Test, if something anomalous shows up, the follow-up will be a Gastroscope. Your Endocrinonogist will be looking to see if you still have (Villi).
