It seems unlikely that it would have any gluten in it. Is there any possibility she could be sensitive to dairy, or one of the other ingredients in it? -

Scott Adams commented on Jefferson Adams's article in Gluten-Free Foods & Beverages
All Brach's candy should be considered NOT gluten–free! Please be careful, as I have seen Brach's candies included on gluten-free safe lists! -

Scott Adams replied to Melisa Dobler's topic in Post Diagnosis, Recovery & Treatment of Celiac Disease
I had similar symptoms before I was diagnosed, and if gluten is causing your symptoms it can take up to 2 years to heal. Since you can't get tested, and have already gone gluten-free, I would give the diet more time, and also consider temporarily eliminating other common foods that can cause issues like cow's milk, corn, soy, eggs, etc. for a while, then... -

Hoisin Sauce
Scott Adams replied to Bharvi's topic in Gluten-Free Foods, Products, Shopping & Medications
I've never tried Dynasty. Does it say "gluten-free" on the label? I would only try it if it was labelled "gluten-free." Lee Kum Kee sauces are very good about labelling their products "gluten-free." -
Also, I gliadin is the toxic portion of wheat that we generally refer to as "gluten." The sequence is also in rye and barley. Oats are complicated as there are verities that some celiacs react to, even if they are not contaminated by wheat, rye or barley, and oats are often contaminated. Some people can eat certified gluten-free oats, while others cannot...

The general recommendation is to avoid all processed foods for a while, even certified gluten-free ones. This isn't easy to do, but studies have found trace amounts of gluten in foods that are labelled gluten-free, and I believe even in some that were certified gluten-free.
